Cancellation Policy
Cancellation for all Walks, Drop-Ins, Pick-up/Drop-offs, Meet & Greets: Please let us know 24 hours in advance! We will do our best to reschedule. Cancellations for Socialization, Daycare, Sleepovers: Within 7 days: Any online deposit is non-refundable. Outside of 7 days: Any deposits are refundable. *Outside activities may be cancelled last minute due to inclement weather. We will do our best to reschedule.* **Any and all sales on Merch are final.**
