Bo and I are hoping you're enjoying the new year! We wanted to take a moment because we have a few updates for you all.
Starting Monday, February 5, 2024, all pricing will be that reflected on the website.
What this could mean:

2. Prices may increase
Our priority is, and always will be, making sure your furbabies are loved, safe, and taken care of. If you have any questions on pricing, please do not hesitate to strike up that conversation. You can always:
We also wanted to let everyone know that we will discontinue our Loyalty Program. We want to thank you for being loyal but the point system isn't being used like we thought and it's getting hard to track and manage.
If you have points, they won't go away! However, gaining more points will stop. You can still use your points if you'd like until they run out.
We will still do what we can to thank you for your loyalty which could look like discounts for repeat and/or chunk bookings, referrals, and on merchandise.
Lastly, you may notice some changes to the website, booking and the calendar. We are trying to make it a smooth process for everyone who visits and really make the website a place where it streamlines when we're available and how we can help. You shouldn't be impacted much, but if you see it's different, that's why!
